Bodywork is about how you feel after
A different approach to feeling better.
Meaningful results without feeling like you have to suffer through the treatment.
Leave feeling like something actually changed—less tension, better movement, a more relaxed nervous system, or visible changes from facial work—while still having an experience that feels nurturing and enjoyable.
About owner,
Regina Odoms
I've been a licensed massage therapist since 2017.
Over time, I've seen people come in knowing something doesn't feel right—maybe they're in pain, holding tension, stressed, clenching their jaw, or simply don't feel comfortable in their body—but they don't necessarily know what "type” of massage they need.
I don't think they should have to figure that out.
Focusing on buccal and facial bodywork became a natural extension of that philosophy.

Your Questions, Answered
-
A buccal massage is an advanced facial technique where a trained practitioner massages your deep cheek and jaw muscles from both the outside and the inside of your mouth using medical-grade gloves.
You can pause, change pressure, ask questions, or stop the intraoral portion at any time.
Some people come because their jaw never seems to relax or suffer from TMJ. Others are interested in facial sculpting and reducing the feeling of puffiness or heaviness. Many want both.
-
Some areas may feel tender—particularly if you clench or grind your teeth—but the work is always adjusted to your comfort.
More pressure isn't automatically better.
-
Yes. Gloves are worn for all intraoral work. During a “regular” bodywork session, I will not wear gloves.
-
Your first visit begins with a brief conversation about what brought you in, what you’d like to get from your session, and any areas of discomfort, tension, or concern.
We’ll talk about your goals and create a session based on what your body needs that day. Your massage time will also include time for assessment and communication as needed.

Absolutely. Some clients are primarily interested in the aesthetic side of facial bodywork, while others come because of jaw tension, clenching, or general facial tightness.
Many are interested in both.
-
No. Buccal massage focuses primarily on the muscles and soft tissues of the face and jaw, including intraoral work. Gentle lymphatic techniques may be incorporated into your facial session when appropriate, but they aren't the same modality.
-
That depends on your goals and how your body responds. For clients looking for more noticeable or lasting change, we may recommend beginning with a short series of sessions and then reassessing together.
-
Not necessarily. Certain dental or oral conditions, recent procedures, active infections, unexplained swelling, acute pain, or other circumstances may mean we need to modify or postpone intraoral work.
We'll review relevant health information before your session so we can determine what's appropriate for you.
-
You don't need to know exactly what your body needs before you arrive. That's my job.
Come in with what you're feeling.
We'll take it from there.
